Well the problem is solved ended up being the resistor pack gave it a good Jiggle and the top plate fell off it completely so if you ever have a few digits flickering dull while the correct number is displayed gove the resistor banks a good jiggle then test with a MM
Made up a dodgy replacement till i can get hold of a proper one
Yeah Time warp is working 95% just need to repair the sound board
