the allowable file sizes are a little small. the mods must have done this for a reason. 

click on attach.click on browse. then select ya photo.etc . max file size is 1024. bit small but the other guys may have a better idea.

some people save to photobucket or youtube etc and include the link. it all works quite well the second way.
