Northern suburbs ? - Where were your "hangouts" ?

In my teenage years mainly around Lalor, Rockdale square had a cafe with some pinnies, also Lalor shopping center had a pool room
with pinnies and arcade machines. Sometimes would travel to High St Thornbury, and Nicholson St Carlton.
  While at trade school in RMIT, during lunch breaks some of us would head down to russel St in the city for some fun.
The last ten years or so mainly played pool with some mates at Edwards place in Reservoir, where i discovered more pinnies which i got the bug to eventually get my own.
