Its not a recharging thing as they display perfectly bright when they do work but just wont light up straight away.
I haven't actually timed it but its less than 30 minutes.
Still try the trick in the link. Sometimes they can oxidise and this helps burn it off. Otherwise, yes it bay be a power supply issue. Bit I would try this first. Is it all displays with same problem??
