I love this stuff - thanks for posting.
I once wrote to Bally (about 1979 / 1980) to seek information about their history. They sent a great "in-house" booklet plus an autographed copy of Roger Sharpe's book "Pinball". I'll scan the booklet when I get a chance and will post it.
