Well looks like my easiest way in is a marriage of convenience. I feel old (creak!), but I didn't think I was too old to be wanted until I looked into work visas. I guess I'm one year over the line. Hmmm.
Yea I'm a machinist, but that's just what I do lately. I was a school music teacher for about 15 years when I was younger, and I do pretty much most anything working with the hands - building/remodeling houses, woodworking, welding, musical instrument repair & manufacture, pinball repair, hehe.
I would of course bring in a container of pins. You do seem to pay about double what we pay here in the US. eg. I bought my TZ a few years back for $1600 (project). Got it fixed up and sadly sold it (to pay bills) for $2500 still needing a few things and both the buyer and I were happy enough with that. Any pinhead government officials who might be my advocate?
So keep an ear to the ground for a nice Aussie lady who would like help making the rent and fixing the house up. Prefer anything from near my own age to lithe 20-somethings, hehe. Bonus if they are into pinball.
