the diodes used in all pinball switch matrixes are very generic, general purpose diodes used for literally thousands of things. Original will probably be IN4001 or IN4004 but IN4007 will work equally well.
You can buy a bulk bag from Jaycar of 100 X IN4004 for $5.95 (Jaycar #ZR-1005) - or they are $0.50 each which is very bad value.
