yes we make mistakes .... I do all the time ...
we will always try and fix the problem / s as soon as we can
with the amount of packages going out now its getting harder and harder to keep up and yes some to get stuffed up
we will always either refund or replace at OUR expense
Our Business isn't for today's purchase but for next years one and so on
we back up what we sell
