Question - do you cut a circle in the mylar for each post  - or is the post fitted on top of the mylar.

 Yes the mylar has to be cut anywhere anything bolts down hard onto the PF, otherwise the mylar will lift and bubble up around posts etc.  I usually cut a circle around where each post will screw down, using a scalpel with a guide to get a neat hole in the mylar
