sellers stuff up,not to be named here for legal reasons  (yet).

Having missed the original post I don't know who the seller was. If naming a seller saves others from bad service, well that's your decision as a buyer/member. Generally there is no legal impediment to naming and describing a situation where you can prove the truth of your statements.
