The EOS switches are connected back to the Fliptronics board so there could be a break to one of the wires on the switches or a broken wire at J906 on the Fliptronics. The fliptronics board could also have a fault where it is not detecting the switches. The Fliptronics boards are smart enough to drop the power back to a hold condition on the flippers if they do not detect the EOS after a short time. At least they will save your coils from frying
The reset problem is probably a separate issue and you could start by changing BR2, C4, C5 on the driver board.
