I have found some LEDS do strobe a bit if there are some normal bulbs left on that circuit etc and if u use the ones that are not meant to be used on a controlled circuit.

I find that all LEDS work, in all different parts of the pin, but some strobe faintly when they are not meant to. Someone who has electronics/LED knowledge on this subject may be able to tell all of us why technically .  !@#
