I use a program calle Screen Hunter. It is free and has no spyware or crap:
http://www.wisdom-soft.com/products/screenhunter.htmIt allows you to grab anything on your screen (or part of the screen) including pictures from eBay etc that will not allow you to download.....east and fast and you can change the settings to save the screen grabs to any file format you like.
I use it many times a day - it's brilliant!
