Had another go at it today.

The credit issue has been resolved (I think someone made an adjustment back in the day).

The game now will either start a game as before albeit with the same problem or will have the score motor continually turn withthe little F (0-9 relay) clicking in the back box.

Will check out the schematic and see if I can progress further tomorrow
