another problem I found with Brett's pin2k was the fan in the power supply is stuffed.
Brett changed the fan on the CPU but I didn't check the power supply fan  @.@
The easiest way to over come this is replace the power supply.
if you remove the back panel turn off & unplug the machine from the mains first.
