In an emergency situation where a drill wasn't available I have used a screwdriver in the lock and a shifter on the screwdriver blade to turn it.
Work it back and forth a few times and the guts of the lock just strips.
Handy if you want to check the condition of a potential purchase and the seller doesn't have keys.
Pinball locks are only brass inside and they break pretty easy.
Funny you still see cases where people damage doors trying to pry them open instead of sacrificing a $10 lock.
