Have a Rottendog solenoid driver board with 2 buggered transistors - think so.....  FQP13N10L can this be replaced with TIP102?  Thanks!

in a nutshell... no it cant be done  *.* *.*  FQP13N10L is a mosfet and NOT a transistor.
you'll need another Mosfet with similar ratings, i think a RFP12N10L may do the job, I bought some but never ended up needing/using them, for a rescue911 i repaired.
these are rated at 12 amps 100 volts (the original 13amps 10 volt, only 1 amp lower so may be worth trying!)
