Small update...Ive been busy polishing/graining the cabinet trims. The method I have used, is to polish trims on buffing wheels and then grain, I got this off a mate who is pretty handy with stainless fabrication. I start with getting trim clean with Nifti or Naptha, then use the grey rouge on a cutting buffer followed by the white rouge on a polishing buffer. I then grain the trim using a red scotchbrite running along a straight edge to get a nice finish. This is very time consuming and would only reccomend if the game is a keeper. I really like the finish, gives a dark tone to the stainless, here's a pic of the side trims with one on right finished.
