Reseat connectors on MPU board with the power off. After you have done that, turn on the game and watch for the LED to flash 7 times. If it is "all good" the game should go into attract mode and you should be able to play it.
You can also gently sand the connectors on the MPU
This does not permanently fix this issue - it may happen again. Common connector issue.
