I have mounted most of the trim back on and fitted some new legs. 
Had one cock up with the side trims, the nails can be seen just about to come through on inside, used right size nails but did not notice till all on,checked my other william pins and they are same, you just dont notice it with the rough finish, next time will definatley grind a couple of mm of nails. Not too noticeable but a piss off all the same. Here's some pics..
