Thanks MM I buzzed the connectors and all good. Thanks Nino for answering my next question as to what is the difference between J120 & J121 as this stuffed me a little reading the manual and found the connectors were connected to the wrong headers. Changed them around with no fix to the problem. Checked the connectors and cabinet plug (thanks Marty) and they looked fine. I figured the pcb may be the problem in that a solder joint may be cracked as the headers look ok and these two connectors are a real struggle to remove. So plugged them back in as originally and all GI's work. Arnie hates me!!!

So I'm guessing bad header pin connection. What do you think. If that's the case I'll make a note and attend to it after getting the house in order.
