If they are ALL not working it sounds more like you have lost a voltage somewhere? Popped fuse maybe or bad plugs and sockets.
You need to look at a circuit diagram and work out how the LAMPS are driven and go from there.
Replacing things "willy-nilly" is normally frustrating and expensive.
