Hello Deep Six,
I recently made a new EOS switch for my Meteor - was really easy. I bought generic switch blades & contacts from PBresource. Here is the link to the Common Switch Parts http://pbresource.com/pfswitch.htm#common . Im not sure if you can buy generic blades in Aust - Im sure one of the long term forum members will know.

Its pretty simple to make one, these blades are all longer than required, and you just cut them to the required length and then punch a contact on them. Just copy the length of the original switch blade.

Hope that helps.
