I would touch up with acrylic paints by hand and put some automotive clear over it to lock it in.  Such a small area will be hardly noticeable.  I have done similar touchups on a couple of pins.  Take your time to mix the colours perfectly, paint onto an icepole stick, dry the paint with a hair dryer and compare colours.  Acrylic colours change a lot when dry compared to wet colour.
