Hello from Sydney!
« on: August 10, 2013, 02:23:58 AM »
Hello there!

I am 25 and live and work in Sydney in IT.

I am a relatively new convert to pinball, I was brought into the fold through The Pinball Arcade ironically (I assume most would be familiar but its a "simulation" if you will of various pinball titles). It eventually led to me becoming obsessed with pinball and buying my own machine! I picked up a WHO Dunnit from my old Boss that was taking up space.

Ive had it for a week and its now sitting three feet away from me mostly stripped with parts everywhere as I do my best to restore it to its former glory. In retrospect as I sit here sore and gradually starting to worry if I have documented the process as completely as I should have I do wonder if I should have been a little less eager to start ripping apart my first machine! So far I have spent more time ordering replacements bits than I have playing it.

I look forward to hanging about and hopefully learning a thing or two.

Also I may have already introduced myself to the odd vendor here and there as I have been emailing people promising them my first born for a Who dunnit center ramp :)

Welcome and good to see that you are already off to a start with your project. The title you have is best described as a 'gem' so look after it well. WD is very highly regarded by people who have played or owned them. You have joined the right forum for the best help.
If you don't remember the 70s then you were on drugs.
If you remember playing pinball in the 70s you were having a good time.
If you don't remember anything,  then read about it here,
