Geelong Speed Trials

On again this weekend for the petrol heads - the Geelong Revival. Run along the waterfront boulevard (first photo) as a unique 1/4 mile sprint with a bend in the track, today is more modern stuff, tomorrow the classics. I'll be there again this year tomorrow (last photo is from last year of one of my runs) - couldn't get down today as the car was a bit broken but is now ready to go!

Mate of mine is doing demo runs in a V8 Supercar today and tomorrow between the competitor runs.

Going to be great weather, so worth a look and a great family day - free to enter all of the areas except the pits, small fee ($10 I think) to get into the pits with all the cars up close.

I say it every year (Ill have to go for a look) so see how I go this year.   I've seen your car take off down our street would love to see it on a race track Nick

Hey Nick, did you get any pics.  I couldn't get down there this year I was too busy unfortunately. Our car club wanted cars down there and I couldn't even get the time to drop mine off  @.@
