« on: November 10, 2013, 08:20:24 AM »
check this out for some sunday pinball watching - poor song choice for the beginning watch if you have young kids around, but the doco is good

Nice footage of pinball. Would have been more complete and to the point if they also mentioned the support from the home enthusiasts.
Any exposure like this to a novice is a good thing for the future of pinball. JJP had a good free plug throughout the doco. Stern? What the hell is Stern?
If you don't remember the 70s then you were on drugs.
If you remember playing pinball in the 70s you were having a good time.
If you don't remember anything,  then read about it here,

Nice find Swinksey thanks for posting  ^^^ ^^^

Only thing that let it down was that hideous (c)rap music @ the start and finish (if it can even be called 'music' that is)  ::)
Other than that it was great to watch.

it was good footage and a interesting watch and agree on the (C)rap music, and it all helps pinball in the end and was free.

I disagree with Steve Ritchie's opening opinion "no one will care about Pinball in ten to fifteen years"… I think its popularity will always attract future generations and evolve. Nevertheless, another fantastic doco.

Thanks for the link. Has me thinking whether this trend would take off here and what would it cost to set up a bar, licence and pins? My friend pulled the pin on his arcade as council was not that supportive etc.

Wonder if you'd have similar problems with booze involved to add to the equation
Still loving my Metallica Premium
