williams skylab project

Hey guys, Im looking at buying a skylab  not sure if its working or not, The back glass and playfield look pretty good in the pics ive seen. I cant put any up here as Im not sure how to get them from messages on my phone onto the net. the cab definitely needs a BIG clean up stencils made etc. would I be paying too much at $300

I'd grab 'any' pinny thats under $1000 without thinking about it...you can always flip it on ebay if it's beyond your repair skill level etc....

It sounds like the major parts are clean & acceptable as u described, even if the cab needs some loving.

+1 I think this is the best way to get in to the hobby if you want to get your hands dirty and have a go at fixing them up. Only problem is that you run out of shed space very quickly ;)

I would say its a bargain @ $300 if the bg and pf are good, even not working and the cab being in need of attention  *%*

As Marty said, i would also be all over any game for that amount of money regardless of the title or condition  *%* *%*

Good honest knock em about pinball Skylab... at $300 its an absolute bargain and not one id hesitate to snap up

.....additionally, you could get more than $300 back just for parting it out, as worst case scenario.

 Thanks for all of your input. its really apreciated. im picking it up next week as i wanted a project pin and really wanted to learn more about em. Thanks again and ill post some picso when i can.
