Always a can of worms when u mention Paypal/Paypus.lol
The new company swinksy mentioned charges 75 cents a LED, a company like PL charges 39 cents a led before discount, which means the Bulb company is double the price ??  I used PL as a example cause i thought the new bulb company came from USA Pinside, so u can compare a USA company with a USA company.
Maybe he(Bulb guy) buys from a regular outfit and just loads some profit on top ? not sure, but his prices seem to be expensive.
I will have to investigate further.

Mike, paypal disputes/refunds are good for a few hundred bux in my experience, over that, and I am not sure how easy money gets returned. Hope I never have to find out.lol

Uh-Oh, another one conned by the myth of PayPus protection..........I truly hope you never have to personally find out just how shifty PayPus is....

I checked with that new website u gave Swinksy, and he does take PAYPAL, which means he has a modern payment set up already, even though he is just starting out, and u dont have to send money off to just anybody by a bank account, and u have paypal protection which is important as well.

I always thought Papal was infalible %$%

I think he is getting them made as noticed a PB on the body of the led.

He has made a comment of discounts to be firmed up.

There are reports that various led providers in the US have colour fade issues.

Just have to watch and see.

Anyone can get their name on LEDs... i sell a lot of module type for internally lit signage.. buy 20,000 and i get my name on them.. its what many people do and although you may buy ' Samsung" LED and avoid "NPLED".. they could in fact be exactly the same product.

VERY common!!!  The phosphors used in LED have a habit of fading ( they use different phosphors to flouro or neon and so have a different wavelength).. they came up with a solution and that is to stabilise with Arsenic... it makes the phosphors more stable.

...What??? Did you think there was a free lunch???  *.* *.*
