Pop up message for Messages

Hi,

Dont know if im doing something wrong in my profile but i would love to recieve a pop up message when someone messages me. Is this possibel. Sometimes i miss my messages as im not looking closely at the "My Messages" tab.

I have updated the default settings so that all current and future members will receive a popup when new PM's arrive in their inbox. You can turn it off if you go to "Profile > Personal Message Options > Show a popup when you receive new messages?"

I've been using it since day 1.

The only problem I've noticed is that when you get the option to open the message in a new window or not, and are using Firefox, then it dopes nothing. You have to click on the "My Messages" button along the top to go read them.

My Firefox opens up messages in a new tab.

I use Firefox and it gives me a pop up and offer to open in a new window, but doesn't do it. I suspect it's a setting somewhere in Firefox rather than the forum as it is working for Nino.
