« on: September 23, 2014, 12:30:55 PM »
Been busy lately and spent not much time with the machines untill last week.Thought i jump back into it and play a couple of games on WOZ and notice a problem and removed the glass. My big mistake was leaving it touching the concrete and you guess it, Shattered all over the place. One expense glass down the drain and what shit me is that i new the bloody risk of leaving it there. &^&

If you don't remember the 70s then you were on drugs.
If you remember playing pinball in the 70s you were having a good time.

Sometimes they just want to break.
I have had it where I am standing still, holding a glass and it just shatters in my hand.

Happened to me last month. First time I've seen a glass explode since the days when Paragon was onsite and needed a globe changed. I was only 12 years old, but it scared the crap out of me !

About two months ago I was working on a backbox and tilted it forward to check a cable. Completely forgot the lock plate wasn't installed. I swear I saw the speaker grill and Backglass flex forward in slow motion and there wasn't a GD thing I could do about it.

Luckily it was a blank spare. Unlucky it wasn't tempered and got a few nice cuts out of the clean up effort :(
