It's worth visiting

It's a sobering reminder about the turmoil most of the supposed Boutique or Start Up Pinball companies have had during the last 12 months.
One guy from one company is on drugs charges, one company had its chief designer leave cause he felt the delivery dates were not honest, therefore the company was prob blatantly telling fibs to get much needed capital to stay open by taking in $ for pre-orders and another company had its USA rep leave siting dishonesty and licensing and mass refunds of deposits just to name a few things.
Wow, it's seems every man and his dog thinks they can build pinball machines but so far only JJP and Stern have been successful. The only company who hasn't failed publically is our fellow Aussie Homepin because he isn't due to release Thunderbirds until sometime in 2015 as originally stated.
Every other Boutique company is well behind on promises or has had a public meltdown or has had major staff leave.
The Pinball News 2014 In Review Page has 2 x voting polls you can fill out.
There's also a list of who left what company and who went where. Worth a look.
Stern has tripled its production floor space with its new building acquisition and has recruited the most staff.
JJP has continued on so 2015 will be an interesting year.
The Pinball News 2014 Year in Review is worth a read for sure !
