thinking of having a meet 
 say end of this month  or end sometime in May

( not 15th or 16th may )

say a saturday  from 4- 5 pm till say 11 pm 

any ideas  on dates ?

or want me to try and tie in with the first container arriving ?

Unfortunately I work every second weekend, but hopefully can fit it in.
26th April, 10th May, 24th May, 7th June, 21st June all good for me!
