Fair enough....its just a lot of people forget and then whinge when they have to shell out for repairs or replacement boards. I have also heard of a few incidents where new batteries have leaked 6 months down the track

Hahaha point proven Rob so glad you said that. People who can't remember to change there batteries unable to do there own repairs then complain about the money lol.      Story of my life

Thats it!  Then they carry on so much, they make you feel like its almost your fault that they didn't change the batteries!  I have been to places where i drove 45 mins each way, charged them $30 for my trouble (normally adjusting switches, resoldering wires, all fairly straight forward stuff) and they still complain about it....and there is no way they would consider shelling out $10 for 4 or 5 new balls.

Pretty rude huh. If they are too dumb to understand that $10 on new balls is the least they can do to keep their game going then they really shouldn't bother owning a pin at all. Very nice work on the TAF Nino (as always).
I enjoy Porsche, Gibson LPs, Bally-Williams & learning about pinball maintenance & restoration.

MartyJ dropped in and I let him loose on the Addams Family before it's owner picked it up. Really awesome photos that picked up every minute detail, and captured the colours and the presentation of the completed machine in all its glory. These photos have been reduced so that when this page is read, it would create congestion on your respective providers bandwidth !

Enjoy !

The below photos of the lock down bar - it is not chromed. Just highly polished !

Dimple free after 50 games..

This game was played by a few pinheads, and prospective customers. I'm very proud to say that "off the back" of this effort, I have to do another 4 Addams almost exactly the same. Really proud of the work achieved on this game. Thanks to MartyJ for the great photos !

Absolutely brilliant job, looks fantastic.
Did you add the bookcase decal or was it supplied by the owner? Is it from the UK guy Judge Dredd Pinballs?
Nice work on the photos MartyJ - so many pathetic photos out there - take note people this is how its done!  ^^^

The customer supplied the decal - the envelope was from the UK. I remember seeing it. It was simple to apply.

Marty will be taking shots of finished games for me. They are SO much better - and the ones I've posted on this thread are 20% of the actual size. Some files are 12 Meg !

Thanks for the kind words. I am EXTREMELY lagging behind on restoration work - but I've got some cool titles following up the Addams !

Beautiful gorgeous all the superlatives. I also have a Addams play field on order

Nino looks like you will have another Addams to do to this standard but only when you catch up on your outstanding work. Playfield is probably still some time away anyway.

You must have a good setup and equipment for your resto's and pinball work Nino, I envy you there..
I am limited to doing my work in the dining room much to the dismay of my family as I don't have a shed..  &&

Keep up the good work, love seeing your results..

Cheers: Brettski... :)

Started off in the living room and quickly moved to the garage. Then the new premises, which I was able to convert into a purpose built workshop. I still have not finished fit out. But a good setup makes a world of difference.
