If anyone knows a customer with an outstanding order that does not frequent forums, please forward them my email address and ask them to contact me.

Before anyone asks the question - The future of RTBB is undecided, and we will await the family's decision on its future.

There's at least two orders outstanding and they have been filled.

RTBB kept the prices realistic. Greg made the parts supply affordable, and also changed the way many of us ordered - instead of being forced overseas, we could buy locally. It was rare for even my Business to Buy O/S. I recently had to order some parts from Planetary, and it felt strange having to wait 2 weeks instead of 2 days !

The emails and feedback of support have been amazing. Pinheads actually holding out ordering from other suppliers until they know the future of RTBB. That is testament to the impact his honesty, integrity and fairness he brought to the industry. The family will make the final decision, in their own time. I think Greg's legacy WILL continue. In what capacity, I don't know for sure yet.
