It's funny, a lot of pinheads raise an eyebrow when they see Baywatch in my collection but casual players love it..."most watched TV show in the world" (or something like that).
Stacks of fun ramps, the big DMD is nice, great sound package, insane 6 ball multiball & 4 flippers with a super rewarding skill shot from the upper left flipper.
But like a lot of SEGA/DE's, condition makes a massive difference to playability & enjoyability...if you've only played a beater on location, chances are you won't be a fan.
BTW: why's everyone complaining about/looking at the Hoff's face on the glass...you know Pamela Anderson's right there right? ;)
