ROBM is right. Please do not try and fix the board yourself BUT the good news is it can very easily be repaired for probably about $100.

Thanks to all for your advice, it was the IC U20 on the MPU so all fixed.

New problem now, Left troll wont go up, it says switch 45.

Is that actually under the playfield or on the MPU board, I don't quite understand the message or when I look into the manual it points to it under the playfield at the left troll but I don't see it.

The switch is shown on the screen shot here. Most common problem is a broken wire at the switch, or the switch itself having become faulty.
