Pinball Summer - The Movie

I just came across a movie called Pick up Summer. Released in 1980, it is of the Porky’s genre. It has lots of bikini clad girls and PINBALL. According to IMDB it’s original title was Pinball Summer.
Why haven’t most of us heard of this film? Well after watching it, its no surprise that it is not well known. It grossed nearly $29,000 in its three day realise in theatres. In those days that would have been about one or two years of salary for one person. I hope those who leased the pinball machines to the film production company got paid!
It has a title song called ‘Pinball Summer’.
Having watched the movie, I just want to know why pinball competitions today don’t have all those bikini girls cheering on!

I was too busy in 1980 playing pinball and did not go to cinemas all that much.

If you don't remember the 70s then you were on drugs.
If you remember playing pinball in the 70s you were having a good time.

Obviously you haven't played many comps. Here's what showed up at the last comp I played
You may be able to see a monster bash behind them
