Guys any air con techs out there I would appreciate a bit of advice, about 12 months ago we installed ducted air conditioning we chose Actron over Daikin as it is a lot more efficient when you are not using many zones.
Actron cost a few grand more but aussie made and seemed to have a good reputation.
The unit runs well and cools the house down beautifully but the constant pulsing/ vibration from the unloading valve is driving me crazy.
I had my installer come back over to check it out and he thought you could disable the unloading function using the keyboard a quick call to Actron technical and I have two options downgrade the unit to the base model and lose the efficiency or move the outside unit or possibly try and soundproof the unit.
My beef with Actron is that none of there documentation that I can find mentions this noise, if I had known I would not have installed it where it is or I would have purchased the cheaper model or gone with Daikin.
Any thoughts or ideas on any other options
