Looking for Gottlieb System 80 fuse holder, playfield bracket

I'm looking for the following Gottlieb System 80 parts:

A primary Fuse holder
an under-playfield bracket
Maybe a lock-down bar receiver (mine needs repair)

Happy to pay for parts and postage.
