Williams EM Rollover - Which one is normal?
« on: January 21, 2018, 04:32:40 PM »
Hi Guys,

Cleaning up a Williams 1976 "Toledo'.
I am doing the rollovers, and the first 2 are different to each other.
I would like to know which picture ( A or B) is the correct setup.
Picture A - just has the small washer followed by the lock washer thingy.
Picture B - has 2 extra bigger washers, one under the button between the brass fitting, and another one is put on before the smaller washer.

So which one is correct. A or B ? or neither.  !@#

Thanks
Bruce

The Washers are used to adjust the rollover to the correct height ;

These are added for this reason, also to increase the travel of the rollover to activate a switch. There is no wrong or right way to install the washers. I can lookup a parts manual and double check - but I doubt if there's anything definitive.
