Hi mitch. When you post, you will see an option down the bottom left of the text box called "Additional Options..."
Click the plus sign and it will open up some options for uploading images.
If you have the images hosted somewhere else, just insert them here by putting IMG tages around the URL's. That would be the second button on the toolbar above the avatars above the text box you are typing in.
