Hi all
Anybody converted their Flippers and Bumpers from AC to DC on early EMs for more power ?
Just wondering if it made any difference.

Spurr does this to his EMs, it turns a snooser into a screamer. EMs are boring with weak flippers.

If you buy protectors for the plastics (or have spares) this is certainly feasible.

I just do the upgrades like in Clays guides, keep the playfield waxed.Theres plenty of power to hit the top of the playfield.I've never felt the need for any more power.

Hi,
I replaced the coils in my 2 wedgeheads with more powerful ones from Pinball Resource. I also got the rebuild kit and they now work great, plenty of power.
