hey peter, i have been looking for a year with no success for the same thing.
i reckon repaint and then cover with clear laquer/hardener.
i will give mine a go and send a photo.

i know where there is a complete disk with mechanicals etc, but it is still second hand.

i reckon paint will make it look 1 million percent better.
regards, brett

You can get a high res scan here:

http://ballsofsteel.net/?a=viewscan&id=3976&file=decal%205.jpg

Print it out on decal paper and spray a clear over it to protect.

Thanks for this but it needs to have the rough finish so the ball flys off when disc is spinning-if I print it off it will be smooth.

Brett your right may look at painting the original disc :D

you can actually buy a rough gritty sticky paper from bunnings. they cut shapes out of it n put it on the floor so people dont slip arse over head.

but, i am just going to paint mine.
I am doing a large alarm job today, and as usual have no time for much. but $ is coming in for the next 5 projects.

I have 3 x full empty pinball cabinets turning up today (formerly Leathal weapon 3, formerly jurassic park, formerly Last action hero)
I have a theatre of magic i am purchasing, a sega-jurassic park, and have to relocate a few pins around the house to put godzilla in a new spot.
and a thousand bux worth of parts on the way from melbourne. when does it stop.when does it stop.up to 30 pins soon.bloody hell !  &^&

Peter,

From looking at the ballsofsteel scan - that should be a monty to repaint.  Simple lines to mask...colour match should be easy then give it a clear with 2k

I would remove it completely from the machine, mask it up and given how small it is I don't see any reason for not using the cans....I would have to check whether 2pac clear can go over the top and not react.
