I'm far from being an expert in these, but my personal preference is to get a Hankin (or Hankin clone).  I think they are a much better looking unit and more authentic.

I believe Felix (Game Masters) has kits available...

I have not seen the units in person (linked on Ebay), however they do seem very popular and I have played similar units sited at a few licensed venues..

The main issue with these is that there way too many games on it.

Some are vertical and some are horizontal, hence the three player machine.

I have made a few of the LAI versions, a 60 in 1 is about as big as you would want to go to get the true table table experience, playing across from your opponent.

The Hankins are great with the 20" screen and are readily available from the usual suspects

Cheers Angelo

Way too many games 1,400 in that table.

A 60 in 1 in one of these tables is more functional!! as slammer stated.
Pinballs in my collection Elvira, Stern Grand Prix, Bally Corvette, Creature from the Black Lagoon, Judge Dredd, Black Rose and Data East Guns n Roses.

I have a Mame cocktail cabinet and purely in the name of research I just went and had a look; I use MameWah as the front end which enables the use of lists to group games. The list names are self explanatory and games are only placed after careful consideration. The following are my stats;

Total game count: 2903
"All Time Indisputable Classics": 99  games
"Worthy of Further Investigation": 122 games
"Girlies Games": 11 games

So I'd say 60 isn't quite enough but a thousand is too many.
