Happened to me today and I thought maybe I pressed a wrong button. I always paid via credit card. Obviously they don't want to get slugged the fees.  *.*

Contact the seller and offer to pay using PayMate (an Australian company 100 times safer than PayPus).

Now that eBay has been FORCED (by the ACCC) to stop mandatory acceptance of PP we will see all sorts of things changing.

???? Is that correct??? I listed something last Sat and didnt click the PP option as i didnt want to get paid that way.... Ebay wouldnt list the item without it.

"you have to accept Paypal as a payment option to be able to list this item"

PP- Dont mind paying with it, but hate getting paid that way

started on Wednesday - you have to log on to PayMate and enter your business details - or register as a seller if you haven't already and also your eBay seller name. Then the checkboxs in the "how do you want to be paid" section of eBay will allow you to select PayMate and deselect PayPal. The first listing may require you to select 'add more payment options' 'cause, naturally, eBay are making it as difficult as they can..….
