Which Transistor?

Have a Rottendog solenoid driver board with 2 buggered transistors - think so.....  FQP13N10L can this be replaced with TIP102?  Thanks!

Best to probably use use original component. TIP 102 used for slow speed switching.

in a nutshell... no it cant be done  *.* *.*  FQP13N10L is a mosfet and NOT a transistor.
you'll need another Mosfet with similar ratings, i think a RFP12N10L may do the job, I bought some but never ended up needing/using them, for a rescue911 i repaired.
these are rated at 12 amps 100 volts (the original 13amps 10 volt, only 1 amp lower so may be worth trying!)

Best you contact Rottendog (if you have not already), as they would need to know if it is covered by warranty and they can advise on what chip to use.
