I have found a Brand New Shaker Motor Kit available for $250. The link is below.
What I was wondering, is could that shaker motor be placed into a machine that has an exsisting Shaker motor by just using the silver shaker part and leaving the rest.
An example is say a Last Action Hero with a worn out shaker motor or say a Sega game with a worn out shaker. It appears the shaker motor is identical to the ones in alot of my Sega machines and/or machines like LAH.
Has anyone tried to use this one as a replacement ? Obviously, it will sell well for Brand new STERN machines etc. Has anyone seen the same kit offered anywhere else where you can just buy the shaker motor only without the extras for a replacement etc for Data East or Segas etc etc.
I might have to buy one and plug it in where the exsisting one is. I reckon it shld work straight up. Thats my thinking ?
