Andy from coffeesnobs.com.au is out at North Geelong he is the biggest roaster and supplier of small batch roasted and greens in Australia.

And he has three pinball machines believe it or not!! He's actually a client of mine as well, although my wife buys our coffee from Origin. Not sure why. Andy actually joined the forum a while back but I don't think he has ever posted.

I picked up some coffee from Andy today and asked him about his pinballs, he has a Kiss and a Batman Forever in the back of his shop, and at his home a Speak Easy, Cosmic Princess and I think he said a Genie.  He said he had a few board problems with the ones at his home and they hardly ever get played as he doesn't have the time to chase out the faults himself and will have to get someone to take a look at them for him.

I have a little Breville Cafe Roma espresso machine which set me back the princely sum of $130.00 abt 4 years ago. Couldn't do without it.
The pump is 15 bar, but I'm f**ked if I can do latte art, even even with help from the 'net.
What's the secret? Do I need higher pressure?
BTW your machine looks seriously cool, might lash out when the oldie shits itself (might turn it into a topper )

Its all about the milk, you need silky smooth microfoam, too much air or not stretching the milk enough and you will never be able to get anywhere.
Some of the cheaper machines unfortunately cannot steam well enough to get nice microfoam, it should look like a shimmery sheen on top of the milk without being a big doamed foam head.  It takes a lot of practice and I am by no means even close to an expert.
