A mate of mine has a Dracula in really good nick.
I thoroughly enjoy having a few games on it every time I visit.
Very good player IMHO and lots of fun things about this title, not to mention that awesome moment when the ball shimmeringly traverses the P/F *%*
Congrats on a getting hold of one - I'm a little envious.

I'd like to get a BSD down the track. Can you post some pics of the cab ? Does it have much colour on the sides ?

BSD is a very under rated machine IMO.  It would be unreal if the Drac in the coffin did something instead of just lighting up but the Mist Multiball makes up for this and burnt up much of the budget for the machine.

Rottyguy: I am in the process of replacing the original globes with LED ones. Once this is done and the playfield has been polished i will be happy to put up some pics...... *%*

I was designing a mod for my own BSD, i should get back into it ;-)
Basically the coffin lid will slide open (towards you) and Drac will sit up in the coffin as it lights up.
There's (just) enough clearance for Drac to sit up without hitting his head on the playfield glass.

As soon as i'm happy with the final design, i'l be offering the mod/kit to any BSD owners who want it.

My original design was for drac to stand up completely (if you know the movie, you'll know the scene where Drac 'swings up' pivoting on his feet), but that requires dropping the coffin module low enough to clear the top-glass and there's a few other issues about modifying the ball path(s) around the coffin area....it *can* be done, but a bigger can'o'worms ;-)

BSD is definately a keeper for me, i used to play it in the 90's everytime i walked passed a pinny joint, so it has some great memories as well as fun gameplay.
